Nolva ED or for pct only?

I'm a little confused, some people run nolva ed while on and all through pct. And some people just run it for pct. Which would be the best? I also read that if you run nolva all through your cycle that it will hurt your gains.

I think that it would be better to take arimadex all the way through your cycle then nolva.

I rarely take anything unless I start to feel the onset of say "bitch tits". Started to get a little bit of itchy nipples today, so I am going to through in an AI to see if it will help to combat that.

well nolvadex just block receptors .......not letting estrogen in...
doesnt arimidex destroy the estrogen in your body?

i would choose arimidex for sure....

Better safe than sorry is a good reason to do it. I just choose not to run anything unless I feel that I need to. I am starting to think that the better safe than sorry route might be a better idea though.

Think I'll try arimidex .25mg ed all through my cycle and during pct with nolva. I read that arimidex also helps you not retain soo much water so you wont get that bloated feeling.

I don't run anything for estrogen induced gyno because I am not sensitive to it... I do run b-6 when running a prog. based steroid like tren or deca because I have found that I am very succeptable to prog. induced gyno....

if I had to run one I wld run one that blocks estrogen receptors not one that eliminates estrogen in your body... I think u need a certain amount of estrogen for good gains....

Like everyone has said, it depends on your susceptability to estrogen related sides.

I got a buddy who can take loads of Test E (over 1 gram/week), with dBol and often another AAS, without any anti-e's and doesn't get any sides.

Myself I find I am susceptable to sides, so I take nolva at 10-20mg ED during my cycle, and if I am taking something like dBol I will also take letro at .25mg ED...but letro is REALLY efficent at blocking the aromatizing enzyme, so it can reduce your estrogen levels down to near zero.

And yes, a really low estrogen level will hurt your gains. So I always taper off letro a few weeks before the end of my cycle. Then onto clomid and nolva for PCT.

But basically I go with the motto beeter to be safe than have biatch tits. But some guys just keep nolva on hand and at the sign of gyno (itchy nipples) they take 100mg ED for a week and decrease the dose until they feel that estrogen sides have subsided.

For my next cycle I'll be taking nolva (10-20mg ED) and possibly letro if I go with tren or something harsh.

    Anyway, hope this helps.

it helps, still a little confused on to take arimidex or nolva during cycle. Or just take nothing unless I see symtoms.

It's up to you man. If you don't know your body well enough yet to know if you are susceptible to estrogen related sides and want to know, then run your cycle without nolva or liquidex. If you just want to play it safe from the begginning, then do your research and pick one or the other to run. Either way you go, make sure you have it BEFORE you start your cycle, better to be prepared grasshoppa.

I have both nolva and arimidex in hand. Just waiting a little longer so it will be warm out when I'm on and wanna get some peoples opinions. I'm leaning toward using 200mg B6, .25mg arimidex, and 10mg nolva all through my cycle and for pct bumping up the nolva to 20mgs.

then try using it. It's just not quite as effective as letro...but that isn't neccesarily a bad thing.

And as for your initial question...I did my first cycle without any anti-e's...I started to get itchy nipples, and a bit of a lump started to develop, so I took some anti-e's and the itchiness dissapeard and so did the gyno. So now I am cautious and I use nolva and possibly letro.

So like MajorPecs said, you need to get to know your body, try starting your cycle without any anti'e's and see how it goes, if you get itchy nipples or find you are getting estrogen related sides then take some anti-e's.

    That's my 2 cents.

my first cycle went without any sides...I just want to be safe and use something that will reduce the water retention.
