I guess this is really a newbie question but i couldn't find a direct answer. What happens when u inject urself but don't get into the muscle. Say u get into more of a fatty area? A wasted shot? Or will it have some impact just not as effective?

If its not in the muscle, its just floating around somewhere not getting used...
always make sure you aspirate as well....
maybe when he burns the fat? lol
If you cant get a 1.5" needle into your glute and still not hit the muscle you must have a pretty fat ass.
To give you an answer that might give some more insight:
In the fat layers, there is less blood circulation, so it will take (much) more time to absorb.
Also the changes of an absess are larger when you shoot in the fat tissue.
(as it takes longer to absorb)
And about effectiveness? If you shoot 500 test-e per week, and one shot comes into a fat layer, you have nothing to worry about (exept possible absess), but if you do it 4 times in a row, it will affect cour cycle.
fhorst. Thanks man. That is interesting I do have an absess. I hae 1.5 inch needle with 23" in gauge. But i was so nervous about the sciatic nerve that I went so high. Close to like my low back lol and i have an absess on both sides now. Will this go away? One looks like it will the other still hurts. Next shot is Friday. Think I am going to just use my leg. Cuz my legs are freaking huge (no fat lol). Please tell me more abou tthis absess? So you think eventually the absess will go away? And do you thikn the juice will work its way to the right place? Or are those 2 shots worthless?
The shots are OK, and your body will absorb. no biggy.
If you have an absess, you'll know it. it will be warm and painfull.
A small lumb that is sensetive ain't an absess, and they will go away.
If it is an absess, (and you will know, very painfull) you need to go to the docter to get a drain for the pus and some antibiotics.
Just remember if you inject in your legs, insert the needle a bit slower, as there are more neves in the leg then in the glutes. And if you do hit a nerve, you have time to pull back

It does get absorbed eventually, but, at a slower rate. As stated above. It isnt wasted but something that one wants to avoid.
Also make sure you rub / massage the inject site so the juice dont set in one place ....
Thanks guys. Yea its a lump thats sore but not warm. and the pain is gone now but lump still there.
