Ohh, ok ok, I missunderstood a part of your query there.

The more you train the more chance there would be of you going hypo. Because sooner or later your body will run out of energy, and once this happens hypo may occur. If I was you, I would have a carb/protein drink after your baseball game, and then train weights. This way you can giving your body recovery fuel as well as a bit of energy for the weights training.

As I said, I have never agreed on playing a sport/cardioing then weight training and then using slin, simply because I think its too much at once which is going to increase the chances of going hypo.

Just be carefull and start of with a low dose.
