    If anything Id drink a whey protien shake and have some potatos before a workout, and use the malto right after you finish training. And me personally, I would take in around 50g of protien, and two decent sized baked potatoes (around 100g carbs) then PWO I take another 50g of protien and 100g of maltodextrin.
