    Im 19 years old, 5'8 and 168 pounds. ive been lifting for years and ahve trouble gaining weight. i am currently running sueprdrol and tribulus. can anyone suggest what i should take to bulk up? and after to cut up? my friends have recommended test and equi and others test and deca. my goals are to in the end weigh in at 185 with cuts.

    Wait a few more years. Its best for your health and endocrine system. Starting at this age may cause short/long term health problems.

    Get a good quality Creatine/Weight Gainer and increase your calories.

    What should you take to bulk up? 300-500 calories more than your maintanence calories.....per day. Try eating 250g of protein and 500g of carbs a day split between 7-8 meals. Tell me that didnt make you big.

    At your weight you can still grow ALOT naturally. Wait till your bigger then use the juice. You will thank me one day
