Trust me bro, thats happening, i get sick in the middle of eating so much, when i cant wash it down with water cause im so full, I cram down a high cal/pro/carb shake till i feel like im going to sh!t my pants. But if my life prevents me from eating seriously every two hours I just lose my pump/weight/energy/and everything else. Im hypoglycemic as hell so I have to choose my carb source wisely. Ive been a certified nutritionist for almost 3 years, so i have a pretty good idea of diet guidelines, just looking for some normality to my life.
