You've made a couple steps in the right direction:

1.Eating smaller meals more frequently... cutting calories
2.Doing cardio
3.Being consistent
4.Adding supplements
5.Joining AR

Now you've gotta get it better structured.

You need to work out your LBM (lean body mass). You need to work out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) to know how many calories to ingest. That done, you need to allot specific gram amounts of each macronutrient (protein; carbs; fat) inkeeping with your total allowed caloric amount.

etc.

My suggestion?

On the short term... try this: Try to exercise nearly daily... 4-5 days per week can be at the gym.. Whereas the other 3-2 days can be outside the gym (walking.. gardening.. playing with the kids etc)

Of the 4-5 days you get to the gym.. dedicate each day to a different body part... and try to get in a cardio session also:

e.g.

4 days:

Day 1: Legs; abs; cardio
Day 2: Chest; cardio
Day 3: Back; cardio
Day 4: Shoulders; arms; cardio
Day 5: active rest
Day 6: active rest
Day 7: total rest

Good luck.. and Welcome
