    gotta start somewhere...fng

    Ok here goes…
    5’6
    168lbs (from 210)
    38 years
    Bf% around 20 probably…

    I’ve been working out for almost 3 years now, 4 times a week, and seem to have gotten as far as I can with diet and exercise…just haven’t been able to break thru that genetics problem and build mass. I started researching gear about a year ago and trying to find people locally to talk to about it…no luck. I’ve done most of the research online and found I like this board best so I registered…now it’s on to the next step.

    welcome bro.. I'd say you being 168lbs which i mean isn't horrible for someone 5'6, I'm 6ft and when i was around 170 i think i got more chicks then i did at 180.. so ur prob about my size. I might say turn to the darkside cause you do have some training and u keep ur diet in check and such.. however u might wanna think about trying to get the body fat down a bit first. I decided i'm gonna be all nat for a while 1 cause i get shutdown super fast.. i think i'm just gonna run low test e and some anavar and 2 just cause i wanna get the most i can nat before i start again so maybe like a year or 2. But its totally up to you. do ur research and make the call

    I’m just guessing about the BF%. When I started I just wanted to relieve stress and get back in shape. So I dumped the job and the wife…that took care of the stress. Started eating right, cardio and lifting…before long I was hooked. My goal was 175…nothing outrageous…and within a year I hit 150. Went to a doc to make sure nothing was wrong…all good…did the research and improved my diet and started working a program. Since then I’ve slowly built it back to 160’s but now I’m stuck.

    roughly the same stats as you mate, a was 12 stone 3 pounds at christmas down to 11 stone 4 pounds and still 12 weeks of fat burning to do then a can start gaining some muscle.

    Been checking my diet today and so far so good. Found some changes I might make to switch things up a bit. I haven't been concerned about BF..guess I should check it out.
