fact DOES depend on probabilities cause all facts have exclusions based on relativity PRIOR TO presumption of given constants. with facts you are assuming a truth under certain constants that are often taken for granted. it's like the statement nothing is impossible, just improbable. take a fact and apply it in different laws of physics and the fact is no longer applicable. it's all relative to a given standard we require an equation to adhere to.
