Controlling High BP

Does anyone use meds or supps to help control high bp? I do not suffer from high bp at all, but have had occasional nose bleeds, and felt bp slightly higher sometimes when on. just want to know what you guys do to help control it when on cycle. thanks!

my bp has always been naturally a little high. i control ot with presciption medication toprol-xl 50mg. i was having headaches,nose bleeds, and it has helped very much.

giantz told me celery seed extract helps.

Garlic tabs are also suppose to lower BP. I tried them for a while and my BP slightly decreased. Then I stopped using them, and 3 weeks later my BP was around normal. Stress usually ups and downs my BP.
