My workout partner has been doing long cycles of 12 to 16 weeks or so, 2 to 3 a year. he was not reacting well to the cycles, not much by way of size or weight, only strength..he thought maybe his body was at its genetic potential.. or that his receptors needed to be refreshened, so he decided to give his body a rest and took 9 months off . he then started a low dose cycle and his body is reacting very well now. he is putting on good size and isnt even done with his 10 week cycle. (the gear is the same he always uses).
what could be the explanation to this ???![]()
