hey guys, just curious to see if these are decent stats for my weight/size/age.
im 19 (ill be 20 this weekend) im 5'5'' and 140lbs.
max bench 225x1
deadlift 315x2 no hand wrapps. i havent tried heavier yet
squat 285x3 (before ankle injury) we'll see what is is when i get better.
i feel like im built for deadlifting b/c im short and have real long arms. it seems so workout for me pretty well i think?
