Hello Chaps,
Diets fine.Im eating clean all week apart from 1 cheat meal.Getting about 4000-kcals a day approx 400g Pro/300-350g CHO/77-80g fats.Lifting total body workouts 3-4x a week with 2-3 HIIT cardio sessions a week as well.Im eating at maintaince trying to hold onto my LBM gains while hopefully shedding some fat.

BF% at a guess under between 16-20%
Training time 9 months.
Holding most of fat in gut.Always had a problem being lean in this area even when rest of me was skinny.
