Diets fine.Im eating clean all week apart from 1 cheat meal.Getting about 4000-kcals a day approx 400g Pro/300-350g CHO/77-80g fats.Lifting total body workouts 3-4x a week with 2-3 HIIT cardio sessions a week as well.Im eating at maintaince trying to hold onto my LBM gains while hopefully shedding some fat.

Weight 230lbs
BF% at a guess under between 16-20%
Training time 9 months.
Holding most of fat in gut.Always had a problem being lean in this area even when rest of me was skinny.
I think bro you need more time in gym 9 months is not enough to build a base before hitting the AAS i did my first cycle after 4yrs natural so its smart to hit the gym for more time before thinking of doing a cycle IMHO.Originally Posted by Doberman
