It's the same as dextrose, as that is exactly what Sweet Tarts are.

As long as your dextrose is in the correct amount for your goals, you have no issues at all.

To be honet, I enjoy a healthy diet. I have no probs eating all the good stuff, it's the bad stuff thats tough to avoid...I'd say my favorite thing is my PWO shake. Cookies n Cream with dextrose, candy........

    My 2 cents:

    - I LOVE my PWO shake: CarboComplex (60g carbs) with Butter Toffee Whey (30g pro) mixed with water. All the powder makes it thick(er) and it tastes SO GOD DAMN GOOD!
    - I also enjoy thoroughly my oats with whey, tastes so amazing!
    - Chicken, god damn, is there anything that tastes better?
    - Not to sound wierd, but i also love tuna, just agrees with me
    - SALAD - you can do ANYTHIGN with a salad, cut up some chicken in it, tuna, mix around spices, its amazing!

Like Dnomac said, i enjoy eating healthy, just konwing that i'mdoing something good makes it all worth it. If i cheat (which i haven't yet), i feel like crap, that feeling keeps me going for the next little while.

Being ripped WILL be amazing (i am not there yet, but will be in 10 weeks, maybe some of you are following my 12 week transformation and know what i'm talking about)
