I'm 5'6, was skinny before first cycle, put on 50 bls with it. I finish it weight at 165 but i stop going to the gym for about 3 month now, lost around 10 bls, the cut went aways too, . now at 155

i know i been at the gym for 3 weeks now get the muscle working again then start the cycle on monday
to little time back training to jump back onto a cycle in my opinion.heavy doses for such little weight also.

i'm kinna short, so that amount of weight is ok for my size, I think so too, dose might be little too much.
If you are not looking for alot of bulk from dbol then just stick to 30mg but i dont think 10mg more will make much difference you will just notice more strength & weight gain but if you feel comfortable with 30mg then stick to it just listen to your body & goals.Originally Posted by Sus_for12
