3-4 grams?!?! damn sounds like a little overkill..is this what you use with success? i take in about 300 grams/ed sometimes even less and that is about 1.6 g for every lb of my body weight 3-4 grams for every lb of a 200 lb man would be 600-800 grams/ed..that is too much imho
