I spread mine thruout the day. I took (2) 10mg pills, 12 hours apart. Worked. I dont really think it matters when you take the pill in conjunction with when you go to the gym. My first pill was at like 8am, my next was at 8pm, i lift at around 6. My gains were sky high. good luck. Make sure you have blood pressure supps...it also was sky high! even with all the BP stuff i was taking.
