you could split it up into 2 dose's if you want because the active half life is 10 hour's

Two doses maximum. I had the same question when I started t-3 and Lion told me to take the full dose in the morning.
People seem to be all over the board on this one and T-3 is too potentially dangerous to have people guessing how to use the stuff.
Maybe Marcus or Jayhova can shed some light on this.

First off Saro, how are you taking the T3 and why? I dont like to give out to much quick info unless I know everything that is involved. That can potentially backfire on me.
