    hey guys , currently just finished second week of sust 500 ew, decca 450 ew and ldex .25ed. i know the ldex will help with bloating and gyno from test but not decca, so how much b-6 shoul di take dailey..?

    Perfect answer, just split your 200mg dose twice throughout that day, morning and evening.
