What's up everyone? My names Bobby. I'm 20 years old and I've been working out my whole life pretty much. I'm about 5'9" and weigh 165. I think I'm pretty strong for my weight, my bench max is 315. I'm pretty well defined but would like to get bigger (who wouldn't?). I think with my body type if I can get to weigh 185-200 it would be sick. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

my name is dino...i am 21 yrs old...living in east europe....199 cm tall(6.8)...weight 90kg(have no idea in pounds)...found out about this site using google as a search...i have always been muscle boy...allthought i never worked out...(except my job which was basicly working out)...use to be heavy smoker...about to stop right now (not one of those who will just throw cigars away and that's it)smoking less and less...and yesterday i smoked 2 cigarettes and thats was it...so i can say that i feel much better...so what will be in 7 days well see
finally decided to change my life...started working out...have a fitness trainer who is a nice guy...i am pretty satisfied with him and his preposals and whatever he is recommending...
the only thing which is bothering me...i am extremly tall(can hardly fit anywhere lol)...and i have that feeling like i will never reach the goal...to get myself not a mass body(not written in stone)...just nice body...little bit of weight and definition(would be more than satisfied)...i know it takes a lot of time to get a nice body...but isnt that a fact that taller people reach their goals harder than other one??
so that's all about me...for now...
want to say sorry if i was kinda bored with all of this info...but something happened in my life...so i finally decided to change it...and i am still not sure what it is....however...i am newbie here and will take me days and days maybe even moths and moths to learn,read and inform...
forgot to mention that english is my 5th language...sry for bad speeling or whatever....
