    ok thats a bit out off order .i no my lifts are weak but they are a big improvement from what i was doing and suit me fine as i fell pumped when i finish so u just act like a bad ass big boy and slag me off i thought this forum was for people to help each other not put people down just because they cant lift what you are lifting ........only want some advise i no i have made a mistake doing a cycle but i am going to see it out and do what i said i am going to do.you have been out ov order with those comments you could ov give me some advise seems you no what you are talking about.totaly out ov order.as you said i doas not even look like i work out ..then why have peolpe said i have nice gains ...........because ov the juice i no but big improvement on what i looked liked last year so that will do me fine

    Not to hijack the thread or anything, but I'm also trying to gain some mass. I'm not as thin as tank or anything and because I'm only 18 I'm going natty. I would very much appreciate it timtim if you would, instead of bickering at and demeaning tank, give an example as to what a good workout routine should look like? I want to work out more than I am right now but I'm afraid if I do I'll be overtraining. You could respond in my thread if you want.

    let the man handle his own situations, no need to hold his hand. he responded to me with a funny comment about kicking my ass in the gym. i feel defending myself is in order sometimes. if he was kidding well my bad, i cant read sarcasm you know.

    First do not "double" your training when you come off. Keep it to 4-5times/wk max and get adequate rest or you'll overtrain and lose everything.
    Also if your diet is not how it needs to be you'll lose everything that you worked for as well.
    Really start researching the diet forum and training forum as this will save all the gains that you've achieved, also make sure you PCT is in place when you come off.
    Great gains but I feel as if you're too nieve in the aspect that you don't have much knowledge of how to gain weight and maintain it naturally, so I don't see this sticking with you for long either. Best of luck.

    There is no need to lose everything, my point was time is crucial now so take advantage of it and learn how not to lose your gains. Get your diet/training/PCT in order NOW to prevent this.

    Definately......you should be taking this more seriously, you have to live with your body the rest of your life so don't fvck it upl, you know what you looked like before why would you want to be back there? Just a big waste of time, money and effort, now that you've worked for it, work to keep it, be proud of your body dont let it go to waste

    good gains but once youve lost water weight and as youve sed youve had no exp and diet ect you might have gone 2 steps foward then your gonna go 2 steps back

    thanks for your coment dude .as i said my pct will be the key to holding my gains.....i hope...............i will keep posting pics ov weekly results as i have got 6 week left on my course.course is now 2ml sustonon 250 a week 1ml monday and 1ml thursday............

    man my work out looks like this monday lat pull downs 5 sets ov 10 @ 80kgs machine rows 5 sets ov 12 @ 90kgs one arm rows @ 40kgs 4 sets ov 8 barbell shurgs at 100kgs 3 sets ov 8 .behind head pull ups till failer...tue incline press at 80kgs 4 sets ov 8.. flat 4 sets ov 10 @ 90kgs decline 4 sets 8 @ 60kgs pec machine @ 80kgs till failler..wed rest .........thurs bd curls 6 sets ov 30kgs .ez bar curls 5 sets ov 12 @ 40kgs .i will post the rest ov my work out tomorrow .
    i lift more than that and im natural.
    only been training seriously for 15 months.
    u were no where near ready for AAS.

    fix up your diet also.
    less shakes- more food

    To tank: IMO stop the drugs now and do your PCT...and then train as hard as possible (properly of course)...In an attempt to retain what you have...but Im natty biased...And IBd I dont want to hear one word about my weight!

    tank, you are taking the brunt of this without flaming back, that is respectable. To know that you did wrong (by starting an early cycle) but did it anyway does not justify rational thought but that will be your cross to bear. One other thought, far be it for me to be a spelling nazi as my spelling is usually less than par however...wow
    I see you are from liverpool... I believe that is England so I am assuming that English is not a second language yet you do a very efficient job of murdering it. On a forum such as this, where a person's critique is gauged not only on pics but any other ques a poster gives off, it looks pretty bad when you sound as un-intelligible as you are projecting yourself to be in your gear use. It really comes off as just another knucklehead abusing AAS... maybe this isn't the case, if not, please realize perception is 99% of reaction. Spell checks are very easy to use but most two to three letter words should not be a stretch to spell correctly.
    Try it, you might gain a little more respect.

    26 lbs in 6 weeks is still impressive...im going to assume you dont have any dieting knowledge(since youve been training for 5 months)

    This guys mistakes speaks more of how good his cycle was than how knowledgable he is.

    i have just got my diet together in the last few weeks,it was a mistake for me to juice but it is done now. i am gettin my pct in the next few days and lets just hope i will be able to keep about 70 to 80 per cent of my gains.i am going natty after this cycle for about a year or two and gonna work hard on my diet.
