Yes, don“t do roids![]()
sorry, yes i have heard that a supplement of vitamin E should help, but not sure.
BUMP
I forget which bro it was, but he was ravin about neosporn.. he claims it works better then the shit actually made for stretch marks.
cocoa butter. getting some sun also tends to fade them over time. In my opinion. Of course this wont help if you are growing.
Helps if you drink tons of water too
Yeah i got like a bitch under my arm that go all the way down my bicep and onto my peck. I heard cocoa butter, tanning, and maderma work. I think tanning helped the most.
don't worry about it and wear them with pride.
iv also heard if u break open a vit E capsule and rub the liquid on it helps? What about aloe?? Anyone try it? I mean right from the plant?

Vitamin E heps a lot, I take it in shots and pills, have not had stretct marks so far.
They add character, aint nuthin wrong with having them.
family has lots in medical field, whenever a female gets pregnant she is instructed to put vit. E on the area w/ stretch, good call all, were on the same page
there is nothing proven to help with streatch marks. for the past few years working in reconstructive surgery we tell all of our patients to break open a vit e capsule and coat the area of interest. Healing time seems to be much improved, but there is no evidence for this. Laser surgery is the only answer. HOWEVER, grow slowly and most likely you wont get any marks. Nevertheless, some are genetically inclined to get them.

I've had people disagree in previous posts, but Retin-A was recommended to me by a dermatologist when I was staring to get them. I also used Vit-E and cocoa butter. Went from 135-220 in highschool and don't have but one under each armpit(about 1.5").
I talked to my girlfriends sister-in-law, she has had four kids now. She said cocoa butter and vit-E together should do the trick. But to be careful not to wait too long, apply before you even see them.

i have them really bad since i was very boney before i started lifting. i have them in my front of armpit, back of armpit, front of shoulders, top of shoulders, and all in the inside of my legs. i have used coco butter, and vitamin e capsules, but nothing will make them disapear. they lighten up when you tan. but as soon as i cycle they get very red and that is how i know i am growing. my dermatologist said that laser surgery will not even get rid of them all the way. it would just take all of the redness out with a few treatments.
They are badges of pride. Also good indicaters. I think they look bitchin. Just my opinion. I have never tried to get rid of them and am looking forward to more. However, like I said before. Cocoa butter and tanning does lighten them, in time.
I have also heard from a dermatologist that retin-a works
retin a is not proven to do anything, it helps flake the upper skin cells off quicker so that new skin cells are exposed to the surface (those have more elasticity). Therefore, the logic is ... if your body is constantly "shedding" in the area that is growing you get no marks. All hypothetical however.
