    Realistic Bulk?

I want to put on 10lbs (mostly muscle obviously) by the end of june, so just a little over 90 days now.. Do you think this is acheivable with a somewhat clean bulk keeping the fat off and adding muscle mass?
With the Harris Benedict formula I need 2100 to maintain my current weight, so I figured if I ate 350 extra cals per day over that course of time it would equal a little over a surplus of 35000 cals(10 lbs). Is this looking realistic? my diet is definately in check though

I think you need to increase it by more than 350 cals depending on your activity level!

i don't think he's saying it CAN'T be done, it's just one of those things.. sure you can gain 10 lbs. in 3 months, but it's not all going to be muscle. also, if you're trying to bulk, i would second the notion to up your cals by more than 350. If that's you in your avatar you look like an ecto (i could be totally mistaken) and more calories is not going to cause you to put on much fat.

10lbs is not that hard to put on, now 10lbs of muscle keeping the fat off is relatively impossible to do at the same time. Work on putting on 20lbs of muscle/fat, in 3 months (Not that hard to do) then cut off the fat the next 3 months. Evaluate and do it again.
