Same timeline for sust to kick in. Give it a 3-5 weeks. You'll know. All of a sudden your squat will be up like 4 reps in a week and you'll be all, "Holy fuck!" And everyone else will be all, "Nathan is God. He is the most amazing individual on this planet." Ya know, don't be offended that they aren't tlaking about you because I'm rather impressive to say the least.They'll notice all the size you gain but I'll always be #1 dude so don't try to surpass me or anything cause it's pretty much not possible.
