    Cutting diet Critique

Ok I am 26 weigh around 207, 6’2”, and from reading other people’s posts and seeing pictures would have to say I’m around 13% (I have to get it checked). This is what I came up with for my diet. It is a cutting diet! My goals for right now are to not necessarily get ripped up, but more get really tone and firm! My one main question that I have ran into is that I only have time to hit the gym once in the day with all I have going on. Is it a major problem that I am doing my cardio after my workout? And if not then is it ok to wait until after the cardio to take my pwo nutrition. Cause I know its more than 15 min. later. Here is my diet. The sample diet seemed to follow me the best, so I just added what I usually eat within it.

    Meal 1:
    egg whites, oat meal

    Meal 2:
    shake, chicken 2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    chicken salad

    Workout

    Meal 4:
shake, banana (might need some more carbs here not sure)

    Meal 5:
veggies, chicken, brown rice (is sushi good here?)

    Meal 6:
Shake with Flax (would that natty pb hurt here instead of shake or with it?)

You need to figure out the total macros. But the diet looks decent. I don't like the banana in the PWO meal. Go with a different carb source. Natty PB is fine in meal 6, but I would try to stay away from sushi if your are serious about cutting and keep meal 5 AS IS. We need total amounts of each food item and macros for each meal before we can really give anymore suggestions. Go to calorieking to figure out the macros.
