    Surgery

Does anyone have input about coming off of an elbow surgery and the use of AAS and/or HGH? The rehabiltation process takes about a year until able to throw but able to work out after 16 weeks. I'm thinking that GH would help in the recovery process but think AAS could be risk of further injury. Already have major atrophy of bicep and forearm and only been 2 weeks since surgery. Have used AAS for about 4 years on/off and am 25 now. Want to get back to full arm strength as soon as possible but know not to rush. Thinking about starting Jin after 4 months of rehab for next 6-8 months and possibly also some Eq./Var. Input?

Equipoise + Var will dry you up , so you will NOT get any joint lube benifit. Test , Deca, and other notable bloaters will cushion your joints well. Eq+Var will help get your strength back up and so would the others aswell. HGH , have read it is the best thing in strenghtining tendons/ligaments and creating new cells ( I have READ) but I never wanted to use it. I would wait a few months after coming off the surgery to allow the tendon to strengthen. You don't want your muscles to get to strong for your tendons, and cause the damage again. What is it tommyjohn surgery?

I wouldnt rush it at all. Not worth another surgery. I had knee surgery awhile back and tryed to workout too much for football and hurt it worse and had to go back and have surgery again.

Yeah its TJ surgery. I like to stay away from test, and I thought Eq. would be good for strengthening tendons in my elbow and shoulder. Guess i better check that one out again. Im in a brace right now for a few months, so I was just mapping out a cycle for after I fully get back into the gym. Im just wondering if HGH is safe to use after a major surgery or if it could be detrimental to healing properly.

Steroids don't strengthen tendons. When I was injured I thought they did then later found out the truth. The body can heal on it's own. Don't rush things, it takes time and a strong will+mindset to continue with therapy day in and day out. If your going by that article about Primo/eq/var and it doing something with procollagen synthesis or somethen in the tendon just ignore that. It's wrong , I have discussed it with many and it doesn't do a thing for tendons. I found out that the the bloaters test/drol/dbol help because of the estrogen caused water weight gets in the joints. Deca the progesterone caused bloat in the joints. Painless workouts from the lubrication but doesn't strengthen them. HGH I have no idea. Goodluck on your journey.
