    My humalog nutrition ready to go!

    Humalog SubQ user here.

    * 1h and 30m before workout i eat 50g protein and 50g carbs from complexcarbs.
    * 5min before i start workout i drink 30g whey and 30g simple carbs.
    * Train.
    * End workout, do *iu slin
    * Immidietly after i drink 10g/iu of simple carbs and 10g creafusion.
    * 15 minutes later have about 75g of Whey protein.
    * At the 1.25hr mark i have 68g protein from fish and 50g complex carbs from rice.
    * About 2.00hr mark i have 51g protein from fish and 50g complex carbs from rice.
    *About 3.00hr mark i have 50g protein from wheyprotein.
    *About 5.00hr mark i have 50g protein from fish, and some carbs from vege's.

    Does it look allright bro's?

    I wouldn't eat fish as my PPWO meal because of the fat content. I try and stay with chicken/lean beef/turkey etc..

    the fish contains 1g/100g so i eat 400g=4g fat
    Is it to much?

    KC, have you ever used Slin? Why sub-q not IM?

    Yes but never short acting.

    Subq because i feel its safer for me to use slin that way.
    Its not popular in skandinavia to use slin IM everybody is against it, even the so called "guru's".

    So in your last runs you used A longer acting slin sub-q? Some will come on this thread and start bashing saying that Sub-q is wrong and IM is the only way to go. I've seen it happen on other threads and I"m sure you have as well.

    It's true to say that I'm an advocate on IM injections using a fast acting Slin but would like to hear your experiences. That's something that I've learned along the way with AAS, you always need to proceed with a more periphreal view of things. I would never use a long acting never the less Sub-q, but that's just me. I would never say you're wrong, I just feel more precautions need to be taken when doing what you're doing.

    400g? That is a lot of fish bro. Probably a bit much for one sitting.

    I also do slin IM now, have done it sub-q in the past with some scary results.

    Thats a rough estimate.........

    Well that was pretty good for a rough number off the top of my head.
