* 1h and 30m before workout i eat 50g protein and 50g carbs from complexcarbs.
* 5min before i start workout i drink 30g whey and 30g simple carbs.
* Train.
* End workout, do *iu slin
* Immidietly after i drink 10g/iu of simple carbs and 10g creafusion.
* 15 minutes later have about 75g of Whey protein.
* At the 1.25hr mark i have 68g protein from fish and 50g complex carbs from rice.
* About 2.00hr mark i have 51g protein from fish and 50g complex carbs from rice.
*About 3.00hr mark i have 50g protein from wheyprotein.
*About 5.00hr mark i have 50g protein from fish, and some carbs from vege's.
