    Flaxseed Oil

    Where could I find some Flaxseed Oil? If I were to go to Wal-Mart and look for it, what section would I look in? Went to the store yesterday and couldn't find it...Guess I coulda just asked someone there

    i looked for it at walbaums couldnt find it their i know trader joe's sells it by me though.

    Hm...I found it on a refrigerated aisle right next to the yogurt...at Harris Teeter.

    I wonder if it is item that is always kept cold, or I suppose maybe just after you open the bottle.

    room temp it says is fine....refrigerated thickens oil

    It is very low in sat fats so it will be very liquid at room temp or if in the fridge. But from what I understand, it can spoil if left at room temp or gets hot.

    Perhaps it will keep its "freshness" longer if refrigerated so it doesn't become rancid. Anyhow, I bought Spectrum Essentials Organic Flax Oil, and the bottle says to keep refrigerated at all times.

    *shrug*
