Lots of stuff going on, i still come by here once in a while...i am going to try to come by more often....just been spending a lot of time on the car and my baby girl....but you'll see me here more...what's in the plan this year any shows?

Well I'm going to compete in the Team Universe for my pro-card. i'm 13 weeks out and didn't start a diet yet. i'll start on monday.. i'll do that show and the nationals in novebmer in florida.

I'm going to start a 12 weeks out LOG with pictures on monday and see how well that pushes me. because I really dont have the fire like I did before. anyway, talk to you later bro.

Well this sport is mental HELL, fo' real...we'll try to stay on your azz and keep you motivated...if things dont go as planned this year, you can always sit out a year or two and focus on areas to improve and come back better than ever, no problem....I know your gonna do well regardless.

I agree very mental...i feel burned out right now that's why the time off...we'll be on your ass and i know you'll do well Mr.M...
