    which anti e's to use???

im starting my next cycle in about 10 weeks, it will be my 6th cycle.

    wk 1-10 400mg deca
    wk 1-12 1000mg test enanthate
    wk 1-6 50mg dianabol ED

what anti e would be ok to use with this? i was theinking, either 0.5mg arimidex ED, or 25mg proviron ED. ive used 750mg test EW in the past, and never anything more than very mild acne and water retention. this course i am welcoming the water retention, just obviously wanting to avoid gyno. any input would be appreciated

Letro would be a good choice but a-dex is very good as well.

Like big k said, a-dex and letro are good. I prefer either to nolva.

Go to the steroid profiles forum and look under Femara.

In myexperience, in protecting myself against estro related sides an AI works much better, I find its especially noticeable in terms of reducing bloat. Plus the fact that I am prone to gyno, so letro is my love.

nolva negatively affects igf, so it can't hinder gains during a cycle. nolva is good for pct, but not a good choice during a cycle.

one thing i don't get is people suggesting letro during a cycle. isn't that a little to strong of an anti-e to be using? wouldn't that greatly reduce his gains? reducing the estrogen as low as letro would just doesn't seem like a good idea in my opinion. i always thought letro was saved for getting rid of gyno.

estrogen does not only give you extra water retention. when i don't use anti-e's during cycles, i gain far more lean mass in the end than when having used anti-e's.

i don't get how people can't notice the difference between the lean mass gains while using anti-e's as opposed to not. i'm lucky enough that i'm not succeptible to gyno (at least at the doses i've used so far), so i don't bother with the anti-e's till post cycle. i tried anti-e's with one cycle and i got far less gains from it than i should have. i don't mean just actual weight gain either, i mean i got less gains overall after the cycle and after pct.

maybe the effect is just far more dramatic with me than most people, but all studies i have ever read on the matter have shown that lowering the estrogen levels too much in your body will have negative effects on muscle building. why is this fact so often overlooked by people?

regretfully, i don't know the exact biological reasons as to why that is, but i know without question lowering estrogen will affect gains, so i would personally advise the less you can lower them to get what you need done (prevent gyno, lower bp, etc), the better.

one thing i do know is that the more hydrated your body is, the easier and faster nutrients can flow into the muscles and the faster toxins can be flushed out. that alone is proof the extra water retention does have benefits.
