    Cool Progression 25 Yr Old

    Hi guys,

    Im from the UK and have been interested in bodybuilding for years, however ive only taken it seriously for the last 4 months. ive completly designed my training and nutrition programs. Im completly natural and the pics below are from 3 months of training, will get some newer pics soon, please let me know what u think.

    Good foundation although you forgot to post pics of your legs.

    new pics

    These were taken today 4 months in, as requested thereis a pic of my legs, but there taking alot longer to bulk up than the rest of my body.

    My goals are just to get as hugh as possible and still have good muscularity and symmetry, im not even going to think about comps. until late next year. my current stats are:

    6ft tall
    chest 39"
    arms 15"
    waist 29"
    quads 22"
    calves 15.5"
    (all unpumped)
    171 lbs
    bodyfat 8.7%

    Looks good bro, I'd say you have atleast another few years before you will be on stage and that's if you get everything perfect now.. Again, check out the Diet forum/training forum and learn the nutritional/training aspect of this game first... Stay dedicated+consistant and you'll succeed, goodluck.
