The eye seems to be working. Every time I see him or his boys walking down the hall I give them the stink eye and they don't speak.

How would you handle this?

As some of you know I started a new job last week and I work in a corporate environment. Thursday afternoon as I'm walking to my office, I pass the elevator and a guy steps out. As he passes me he says "What's up juice bag."

I was in shock. I stood there, and the only thing that could come out of my mouth is "That was really f ucking nice. I can't believe you just said that." By then he turned the corner and was gone. I kept walking and went back to my office and debated whether to go to his office and say something to him about it. I decided not to. I thought my comment would give him a clue what he said was inappropriate.

Friday morning my manager called me to his office for a meeting. As I'm about to walk in, I look up and I see the guy. He says to me "Good morning juicey" I said back What did you just say? He repeats it. "Good morning juicey." I said back to him VERY SERIOUSLY "Do not EVER... say something like that to me again." and then walked into my manager's office. When I sat down my manager asked me what did he just say to you. I told him nothing. He asked me again 3 times what did he say. I told him nothing, do not worry about it. I'll handle it.

Friday afternoon as I was getting lunch in the cafeteria I see the same guy sitting at a table with some other guys. As I'm stacking a load of food on my tray. One of the guys with him walks up to me, thinks he's being funny and says. "So, how much do steroids go for these days." I said back, "I don't know. But if you say something like that to me again I will report you to HR."

What do you guys think? Monday should I talk to my manager about this? Should I go to HR? I feel by reporting it to my manager and HR it's going to put a spotlight on me and on the subject of me using steroids. I just started this job and I feel being new, I shouldn't make waves but these f uckers are disrespecting me with their comments and I don't like it.

This guy is trying to punk you out because he thinks that he can. I would figure out why he thinks that he can do this first Carlos. Is he higher up than you? If he knows that your gay, he may think that you won't do shit about it. If it were me, I would start asserting some authority around him that demands respect. Telling on him will not help, especially since you are new.
If he does it again, I would get him alone and tell him that you have worked your ass off in the gym to get to where you are today and you do not appreciate him making accusations that disrespect that hard work. If he continues and/or rolls his eyes at what you are saying than I would one-up him and verbally brow beat him into submission. Since he is trying to show dominance, take that away from him.

It is none of their business if he is gay, straight, bi, a juice head. What they are doing is very disrespectful. I think your going about it the right way Carlos, give them the eye is enough for them to know you don't appreciate the comments. Like is always said, A bully is a bully only if he can get a reaction. Same thing applies here, he is a verbal bully and most likely threatened by your good looks and ability to catch all the ladies attention. OR, he is gay and his boyfriend was checking you out.

Too late now, but someone commented on saying you heard them wrong. That would have been a good idea. If you walked into the managers office, he asked what the guy said, and you tell him they called you a douche bag, I am sure he would have received a talking to about being appropriate at work. Jealousy Is a terrible thing. My buddy had the same problem at his new job. He just laughed it off and denied everything. Once they all got to know him the always asked for training advice. I would take it as a compliment that you look good enough to be accused of being on juice.

After all the harassment Carlos was receiving it finally drove him into a roid rage of all roid rages and then he killed everyone in his office.
