fat added to chicken cutlet after fried in olive oil?

according to calokieking.com, 1 ounce of breaded chicken cutlet from wegmans supermarket is 46 calories,0.9 fat,3.1 carb, and 6.5 protein. my question is does anyone know what the nutritional values are after being fried in olive oil?thanks.

After it's fried in olive oil, I don't think it matters. Heat kills healthy fat. So at that point, you're talking about a cheat meal IMO.

You are adding more fat to a product that is breaded already. (might as well eat fried chicken/KFC)

That and the killing of the healthy fat make it a cheat meal, yeah for real.

Agreed. But I'd have to go with Popeye's chicken. Spicy cajun style. mmmmmm.
