b-5 1gm split 2xs ed, works for me

heard dawn dishing soap works, nver tried it.

my son did the accutane, have to get blood test every month, doc took him off it at 3-4 months, liver values real bad.

i can't ever find b5 for the life of me... where do you get it at?

the Dawn Soap has for some reason has had a good rep, but studies have shown its really bad for your poors and overall skin
