Are you kidding me?!?!? 300g is so easy to achieve without shakes. Tuna/chicken/steak/cottage cheese/etc. It only gets hard if you try to go over 450g protein a day (BTW, I believe anything over 400g a day is a waste of protein unless you're the next Cutler running 1 gallon of aas/hgh/igf/slin a dayOriginally Posted by hauss man
