The best thing to do is to list your stats (weight, height, age, background, diet etc..) This makes thing much easier to give you a better idea on what you should do.
Now I am not an expert but from all the reading I have done Deca of course is a no-no by itself. Depending on your stats above you will want to run Test and Deca together and run Test at least one week longer than you do Deca. Depending on what you are wanting I would say about 12 week run is average?? (Anyone want to chime in please do).
Also have you thought about what you are doing for Anti-e's and PCT? this is the most important aspect of a cycle IMO
