Get your blood pressure checked straight away.

Talk to my doctor and had my bp checked. He said it wasnt high enough to cause nose bleeds. Said it was probably caused by allergies. IF it keeps happening after this week then he said he will do some blood work.

Get a $60 cuff from Walgreens or Wal Mart. You gotta keep blood pressue in
check. You can always get BP medicine. My blood pressure goes up about
20 points about 20 minutes after taking VAR.

Your Dr. is right. It is likely your BP isn't high enough to warrant nose bleeds. Upon waking, if you don't have essential hypertension your BP will be low. It sounds like allergies. Start with a nasal saline solution and see if that helps. It will keep your nasal concha and meatus moist. They sell it at drug stores.
