    Question A little prob

Okay here is the problem when I have one screen loading I will hit internet explorer to open another one so I can work on two things at once, but it is not letting me do this anymore for some reason. If anybody has had this problem before any input would be helpful thanks.

Under tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced.

UNCHECK the line a little way down that says "Reruse windows for launching shortcuts"

Close all browsers and re-open explorer

So basically when you open Internet Explorer and then you click on the I.E. icon to open a second window nothing happens no response, no errors and the first window still works?

First step, download and install Firefox so you have a second browser that you can use tabbed browsing or more than one window.

    download link,
    http://getfirefox.com

    Second Step,
Check your system for Spyware, Malware, Viruses. Run a chkdsk, defrag, clean cache, temp files (recommend http://ccleaner.com.)

For spyware removal, etc check out http://www.castlecops.com

I don't agree with step 1 really. I.E. allows multiple windows normally....having him install firefox is fine if he wants to give up on having I.E working. I understand that alot of people have jumped on the firefox boat but unfortunately so have people who write malitious code...so if you keep track of security releases with firefox, you'd see that they have released like 3 in the last 3-4 months. Almost as bad as I.E.
