    Traveling Corporate Bodybuilder

I travel about 1 week out of the month generally alone but often with co-workers. At our busy season it can get up to 3 weeks a month. I competed in college at the amateur ranks and have been conditioning a lot recently. I'm about to start traveling again and wanted to know if other had any tips on how they cope with co-workers on the road and the temptation to go out drinking after a stressful day and how you cover your food needs on the road and when you train..

I generally pack a bunch of MRP's and bars and train at 5 AM weather at home or on the road, but it causes me problems when i change coasts and 5am feels like 2am to me..

I like to train five days a week but when i'm on the road i find myself training only three days which i hate and feel like i'm wasting my gear time efficacy..

Let me know your thoughts ?

I am in the same boat as you. Its a lifestyle choice for me and work just has to fit in, I know thats not easy but it has to be done. As far as the drinking, they know me well enough now not to bother asking anymore

you're right on the booze.. it gets tempting at times because i'm out of town and stressed from the morons i'm often dealing with but my mantra has always been, "part time athletes get part time results"..

what time do you train when on the road ?
