Question 1 month+ after PCT: but face still puffy/bloated

Gained over 20+ lbs(Sus+Deca), kept nearly all of my gains, but my face is still bloated and rounded. I am also doing light cardio 4x a week.
Is this permament e.g. facial muscles have gotten bigger too?
If this bloat is caused by water, i'm surprised water didnt come off completely during PCT ?
How can I remedy the situation?
Is this an indication that my PCT wasn't 100% successful?

    Thanks !

STATS and layout exactly what your cycle was and what your PCT was. Did you use an AI during or after your cycle? Everyone is different and you may need longer PCT or different compounds to get rid of the bloat.

    Start here:
    STATS STATS STATS
what does your diet look like?
    how old are you?
    how tall are you?
    how much do you weigh?
what is your body fat %?
how long have you been training?
have you ever done a cycle before?
    what was it?
how did it work for you?
    what are your specific goals?

You have probaly yust gotten some fat-depoits in the face...Try some Proviron(50mgs ed) since you are in PCT. (Arimidex or letro should help as well.)

This is why I always load up with anti-estrogens, to avoid that puffy juice-face.

Best to start a new thread on this to get better responses and NOT hijack this thread. but I wouldn't do over 100mgs/day, go read the profile in that forum and research it please.

sorry about hijacking this thread ,i have read proivrons profile and done some research but i find a little info on ways to combat its androgenic and hairloss side effects ..
and to the original poster drink a lot of water and maybe get some letrozole ,it will help with the water retention issues ... peace
