I would just start with the regular dose which i believe is 25mgs. I take 50mgs with my clen therapy and it helps me sleep too

Thanks Sman... i dont know if you read the link/thread i started in my last post^ but i pissed away so much money already,i hope its not another bacterial infection .Will the benadryl really help stop the icthyness and warm feeling?So take 25mgs a night? For the rest of my cycle?i have 8 more shots left.One shot a week and 4 tabs of naps a day.(beginner cycle)

Why YES of coarse I looked at it....lolol That is a tough one, it looked just like a regular rash from that pic. but then again, I am no doc. If it is an allergic reaction YES benadryl SHOULD help . Not for the rest of your cycle. it works pretty fast, BUT if you are in fact allergic, then I would keep using it ONLY if it helps with the symptons....hope this helped
