    Need some help with T3

    Alright, I was at 168 in October. A few weeks ago I was 216. So a few weeks ago I started my cutting diet and I am now around 201.

    I am still a bit unhappy with the size I have. My arms and chest are small. But I also realize that in my current state (see pic), I need to CUT (damn gut). What I want to do is get on some T3 (cytomel) and get shred up. Then maybe after that bulk cleanly back up.

    But my question is after reading its profile, it says that its not wise to take it alone. What are some recommendations for me to take with T3?

    Oh and I know this is probably not possible. But I want to ask anyways... can you shred the fat AND pack on muscle while on a combination of T3 and a bulking cycle? or do I need to just shred with T3 & ??? and then go on a bulk?

    i think that you can reach your goal.

    i also think that a proper diet is going to be your best weapon.

    test is a good mix with t3 but from the pics i'm under the impression that you can do much better without any t3 or test.

    i believe you have more natural potential

    I bought a tredmill 2 months ago and I love it. Just watch your favorite TV show and jog/light run on the mill. Do that with a healthy diet and you will not only lose fat but build up your endurence and exercise your cardiovascular system. I've lost almost 15 pound in a little less than a month and I havn't lost my build.

    T3 with test prop would be great to dlighly gain some lean muscle mass.

    ****i think peump is right u have some natural potential which with right attitude training and diet could get u gr8 results ***** however t3 tren and clen, my advice for dramatic results, t3 and clen run 25mcgs/ed for 4weeks, u can taper the dosages up to no more than 100mcgs t3 and no more than 200mcgs clen, but must taper off slowly make sure the last few days of cycle u are running 25mcgs/ed. run tren 100mgs/1ml shots every two days for 3weeks. if u are new to injectables might be wise to ignore the tren for now, but t3 and clen work very well together, not for lbm as such but for reduction in bf (gut!) and obvious improvement in vascularity and definition of muscles, which will give the illusion u look bigger anyway, provided calories are around 1500 and cardio 3 times a week aswell as training your nuts off u will get awesome results. hope that helps. need to look at pct aswell if gona run tren. but im not gonna give u all the info u need!

    Thanks for the good words guys!

    I guess I'm a bit impatient and anxious to burn off this flab around my belly. I have been eating clean and training hard, but I still cant see much definition. I cut my carbs and cals but I am afraid of losing muscle, so I dont want to prolong the cutting diet.

    Also, badboy247 what is tren and pct short for?

    Thanks for the help.

    Can't get the tren, but I can get some Nandrolone, which is pretty much the same, right?

    Also, if I ran a cycle like this... how long should I be on clomid for? for the pct

    No it's not the same, read the profiles on both them to get a full understanding.

    To add, are you prone to gyno? I dont think Nandrolone migh be the righ choice for you, possibly EQ if you cant get Tren

    I cant get a hold of EQ or tren, and I dont know if I am prone to gyno.

    first of all i'm getting the impression that you have no cycle experience? Correct me if i'm wrong. But Tren shouldn't even be an option for a first cycle IMO whether you can get it or not, you shouldn't even be thinking about tren. Secondly i would check the diet forum and rework your diet, because whether your cycling or not results are all gonna come from your diet, and with a decent diet you can go alot further naturally still.

    I've cycled before and I've already gotten my diet in order.

    Try to burn as much fat as possible naturally before thinking of taking anything, when this as been done by diet and cardio then start to look at taking something to help get rid of the stubborn fat whats left,
