Best way to prevent Abscess and Infections

I have shot 1 ml tren into my glute medius alternating sides. Now on one side my a$$ is beet red and getting pretty hard. It is about the size of my hand. I was clean with all of my stuff. Is there anything i should take to help this go away. It is literally a pain in the ass. Thanks for the help guys!
