Most syringes only hold 3cc's.

3cc's will be more painful the first time you inject a virgin muscle. After that it's cake. You can put 3cc in your quads and glutes safely because they are the largest sites.

Now let's clarify something for me.... do you shoot a total of 4.5cc in a week, or 9 cc in a week?

so far the most i've done is 3cc's in one week, but it would be 4.5 cc per week in a split of 2.25 cc per shot (2)

Ok, two weekly mixed shots per week would be the simplest and easiest route to go. Just out of curiosity, what is your weekly dose and how is the deca and cyp dosed per ml?

it is test cyp. 200mg/ml at 2.5 c's per week for total of 500mg/week...
it is deca 200 mg/ml at 2 cc's per week for total of 400mg/week...

Ok, so two weekly shots would look like this.

Inject 1.25cc of air into the test vial and inject 1 cc of air onto the deca vial.
This will make it easier to draw.

THEN
Load 1.25 cc of test and 1 cc of deca (2.25 total cc) into one syringe and shoot on Monday and thursday.
