Is it worth using sust twice a week? Or is it something that has to be shot EOD? Like sundays and thursdays would be alright? My friend heres a lot of mixed rumors, some saying you can get away with even once a week, others saying it MUST me shot eod. So what about twice per week?

personally eod but ive had buddies that have shot it every three days and have got decent results

EOD to take advantage of the short acting prop ester. If you are taking injection twice/wk your better off to cycle enth or cyp.
