ok per what ya'll need to know before I ask...
Everything I have read says that syn growth for women tends to have excellent results. I am concidering heavily trying it, any advice since taking tes with isnt an option due to effects. Can you take it alone? I did read the resource but experienced people is always better then the scientific verbage.
I'm 5'3 , 140lbs ( water darnit !) BF 13 % = age 27 = diet primarily proteins ( fish, chicken salads, red meat, natural veggies.. ( some icecream - I'm human !! )
Genetics , my arms , shoulders, back , calves all grow with ease ( played softball as a catcher in HS and track ) proportion is something I live by for looks.
Main point, I would rather do something that is long lasting with good diet then cycle break cycle break cycle ... so on.
