i will be doing a deca D-bol and test E cycle

i plan on doing clomids at the end of the cycle. but how should i use my Nolvadex. how much and when should i use it.

20-30 mg thru pct is good. if possible run 10mg with .25 liquidex during your cycle

you mean pct? lol.. you can go 10mgs during cycle ed. some that are not prone to gyno just have it on hand . but take 20mgs ed during pct.. also since your going to be on deca take b6 200mgs day

Just out of curiosity not meaning to jack the thread but has b6 really been proven to reduce prolactin levels

I think B6 is bull sh1t but hell might as well take it just in case it does work, its cheap

there are many reads and studies on showing high dosages of b6 helps prolactin levels from deca and tren.. let me find you a read..

if you do a google search for deca b6 prolactin levels, it will pull up alot of forums and things that show how it works. i have actually had success with it. i used it to combat the problem once and it worked well. it may not be needed for everyone but i recommend it for precaution.
