hi im on 500mg of test and 400mg of deca i seem to be getting puffy nipples but there is no pain and its not ichy what should i do and what is it from ????

do you know what anti estrogens you should even be using? not being a smart ass but thats something you should take as serious as your gear and also have known and had ready before you started.

Bro this is the very reason why you should do a test only first cycle.
If you are getting gyno is it from the test or the deca both have diffrent treatments and preventions.

right now you dont know if its test or deca causing it. your definetly experiencing gyno, no question about that. again how long have you been on?

Take nolva 60-80mg's for a few days and the puffiness should subside. If that doesn't help, it might be progesterone induced from the deca. Either way..bump the nolva up and start some Vitamin B6 at 200mg every day.
