you should notice affects within the first week. weight gain and some vascularity. good kickstarted with test and deca in the cycle. 30 mg a day for 4 - 6 weeks is what i would do. i have gained a good 12 lbs on dbol, primarily water weight mind you.... run a good search and you will found out a wealth of info... alone it is a bad way to go...

dbol 30 mg a day - 4 weeks
test 750mg a weekfor 12 weeks
deca @ 400mg per wekk for 12 weeks pct at the end....

this packed on 25 lbs in this cycle for me....... eating a shitload too with proper rest and good protien uptake with adequate calories....
